- **Minimum age:** Never let an unregistered friend or family member behind the wheel.
- **Insurance:** Driving under the influence, illegal towing or commercial hauling instantly voids liability protection.
- **Deposit:** Refundable hold, released within 5 business days
- **Mileage:** Excessive dirt, smoke odors or pet hair incur extra professional detailing fees.
- **Delivery:** Rentals are tracked in 24-hour blocks. Returns delayed by more than 2 hours will be charged as a full extra day.
- **Taxes and fees:** Florida sales tax 7% and a 4% processing fee are added to every reservation total.

### How old do I have to be to rent?
Drivers must be 21 or older with a valid driver's license and full-coverage insurance. Some vehicles require additional verification.
### What do I need to book?
A valid driver's license, a major credit card in the renter's name, and proof of full-coverage insurance. International renters also need a passport.
### Can I rent the car hourly?
Our minimum rental period is 1 day for trips starting Monday through Thursday and 2 days for trips starting Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. This allows you to enjoy your luxury car and experience Miami at your own pace.
### How many miles are included?
Every rental includes daily mileage shown on the vehicle page (100 miles per day on most cars). Additional charges may apply.
### Do you deliver the car?
Yes, we offer convenient delivery and pickup services for an additional fee, which varies based on the distance of the delivery.
### Can I cancel my reservation?
Customers have a 24-hour window from the time of booking to cancel their reservation without any penalty. If a reservation is canceled at least seven days prior to the scheduled rental date, no cancellation fee will apply. Please note: Reservations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start date and time are considered final and cannot be canceled.
### Are the cars insured?
Every vehicle carries the required Florida coverage. Renters must present personal full-coverage insurance that extends to rented luxury vehicles.
### Is there a security deposit?
Yes. Each vehicle lists its refundable deposit, held on your credit card and released within 5 business days after return.
